Planning Safe Events During COVID

April 2, 2021

Over this last year during the pandemic, we have kept abreast of CDC, state, county, local and venue guidelines, as they pertain to holding safe events, and continue to guide our clients on safety protocols they can follow to ensure the safety of themselves and their guests!  While protocol continues to evolve, here are 4 tips for your consideration:

1. Layouts should have tables spaced out at least 6′ apart, ensuring physical distancing between seated parties.

2. Assign a seat for your guests, so that they may safely sit with their household or social circle.  Clients personally connect with their guests to understand their guests’s seating needs, their level of comfort, and assign their seats accordingly.

4. You can expect to see your venue and vendors implementing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include gloves, face coverings and food shields, to name a few.
