I love the ballrooms that offer a rich gold color palette…such as Trump National Golf Club, The Biltmore, and the like. These venues always take me back to my travels in Versailles, France, visiting the infamous palace and their breathtaking grounds. Use the ballroom’s inherent features within your design direction. Here’s a Versailles-inspired board that could work nicely in such a space:

It was a true pleasure coordinating Mark & Kimberly’s wedding! As with every relationship, in the beginning, you are in that “getting to know each other!” phase. But as time goes by, and I start to develop more personal relationships with my clients (which is always my goal!), it is truly an honor to meet and work with people who are true masters of their craft! Come to find out that Kimberly is a professional choreographer!
And what a treat it was to see her choreographed first dance! No wonder Mark was nervous! There were a lot of expectations to live up to! And the two of them nailed it…it was truly flawless…they gracefully dominated the dance floor…it was a beautiful site to see:)
Following their first dance, their guests enjoyed a performance by the East LA Dance College Let’s Dance Company, where Kimberly is a professor! Leveraging their “New York” wedding theme, the dance team performed, “One” from A Chorus Line!, choreographed by Kimberly! It was a truly a signature reception!
If you’re looking for a choreographed first dance, or a professional dance performance for your event, please give Kimberly a call…and take your reception to the next level!!!

If drinking wine is your common passion, consider sprinkling a wine theme into your event. Both red and white wine bottles make for perfect vases or taper candle holders. Wine barrels can be used as tables in the cocktail area, as the cake or dessert table, or to create a vintage-rustic looking lounge. Wine corks are fun label or place card holders. And cherish your favorite wine bottle by having guests sign it. Next time you indulge in a bottle of wine, you may want to save it for your next soiree!
